Job Summary
Quantity Surveyor responsible for measurement, cost control and commercial administration across offshore and onshore projects. Duties include preparing bills of quantities, tender documents, bid evaluations, progress claims, handling subcontractor claims and invoices, variation orders, cost reporting, and maintaining data in cost-management databases. Requires collaboration with engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams, strong cost-analysis skills, experience with offshore/oil & gas environments, and ability to work with minimal supervision; overtime may be required. Located at Admiralty Yard, Singapore, with transport provided from Sembawang MRT.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Knowledge of offshore platforms, FPSOs, jackets and onshore petrochemical plants is a plus
- Willing to commit overtime as and when required
