Job Summary

Support tender preparation, analyze commercial returns, and provide pre- and post-contract commercial support for infrastructure, nuclear, and oil/gas projects. Manage contract administration, including cost forecasting, change and value management, and reviewing contractor interim applications for payment. Support agreement of contract variations, claims, and final accounts while addressing client governance and reporting requirements. Drive risk and value management alongside project delivery teams in a hybrid UK-based role.

Required Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related subject
  • At least 3 years' or 5 years relevant project experience for Intermediate and Quantity Surveyor roles respectively
  • Demonstrable experience working as part of a commercial team delivering infrastructure, nuclear, oil and gas or similar projects
  • Experience procuring and administering engineering contracts such as NEC3/4
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills working with a variety of multi-disciplined teams
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility and a commitment to service delivery
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days on projects/client offices, 2 days home working)

Desired Qualifications

  • Enrolled on a pathway to become a Chartered member of the RICS
  • Experience of the use of contract management systems such as CEMAR
