Quantity Surveyor - Register your interest

Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across the full project lifecycle on infrastructure programmes. You will draft and administer NEC4 contracts (Options A, C and E), assess payment applications, maintain commercial records, support early warnings and compensation events, contribute to procurement strategies and tender processes, challenge supplier costs and forecasts, negotiate with contractors and supply chain partners, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure governance and contract obligations are met. The role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop under guidance toward independent project management. Degree qualification (or equivalent) and NEC/contract administration experience are required or strongly preferred, with RICS desirable.
