Job Summary
Manage contract performance through weekly P&L reporting, cost planning, and cash flow forecasting while overseeing commercial forecasts and project finance reports. Control progress and mitigate issues by reviewing contract documents, assessing variations, and managing the change control process. Lead subcontractor management by preparing documents, negotiating terms, and certifying valuations and payments. Drive efficiencies by actively participating in tenders, pricing, and risk reviews, while preparing interim valuations and payment applications for clients. Support the operational team in daily commercial and contractual aspects to deliver desired margin returns.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of contracts
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- RICS accredited or equivalent
- NEC4 experience
- Experience working in the Utilities industry
