Job Summary
Prepare detailed BOQs for piping works including spool fabrication/erection with breakdowns by dia-inch, spool count, painted/nDE-cleared PWHT items; prepare MTOs to support procurement and construction; conduct accurate MTOs by reviewing SoW and engineering docs; ensure material capture including specialty items; collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and QC to resolve discrepancies; develop reports detailing executed/remaining quantities and progress metrics; review subcontractor invoices to ensure alignment with contract terms and scope; oversee piping materials management with purchase requests, deliveries, and stock reconciliation; maintain logs for material movement; emphasize data integrity and coordination across disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of piping materials
- Proficient in interpreting isometric drawings, P&IDs, painting specifications, insulation specification, and other piping-related technical documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications
- Full Professional Proficiency in English language
