Job Summary
Measure and verify quantities, maintain cost records, and support commercial reporting for major infrastructure works. Review contractor payment applications to support interim payment certificates, evaluate unit rates for new items, and manage dayworks records. Prepare, assess, and administer variations, claims, and change orders while coordinating with project teams and contractors on commercial matters. Support negotiation and preparation of claim/variation settlements and assist with final account preparation. Requires Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in quantity surveying and contract administration, preferably on major infrastructure projects including marine and roads.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in quantity surveying and contract administration

- Strong knowledge of contractual/commercial processes

Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., RICS)
- Other commercial/QS certifications
- Experience working in a construction supervision/PMC environment in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
