Job Summary
Experienced Quantity Surveyor required to support a nationally significant infrastructure programme with a focus on electricity transmission and distribution. The role involves contract management of NEC contracts (Options A, C, E and Professional Services), pre-contract and procurement support including tender processes and cost plans, commercial reporting for informed decision-making, and risk & opportunity management across multiple projects. Strong analytical and communication skills and a collaborative, client-facing approach are essential for delivering value through the full project lifecycle in a hybrid London/remote working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the infrastructure sector
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Exposure to procurement activities and contract strategy development
- Capable of managing inputs across multiple projects with support
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to commercial detail
