Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Quantity Surveyor responsible for cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks on infrastructure projects. Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports. Review contract documents to ensure cost-parameter compliance. Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works. Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. Monitor project cost performance and report deviations. Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects, with strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools. Strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills
