Quantity Surveyor

Ensure robust cost management processes are in place, providing accurate reports and analysis to assist commercial decisions. Work closely with the delivery team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency plans throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all team members understand contractual arrangements to meet client requirements while influencing commercial aspects for robust project control. Support clients to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks, fostering strong relationships through effective cost management and clear communication. You will work on projects across Scotland, including treatment upgrades, network improvements, and resilience schemes, from early contractor involvement through to handover.
