Quantity Surveyor

Review detailed design drawings to understand project scope, prepare material and labour estimates for budgets, and verify subcontractor bills of quantities for accuracy. Participate in cost discussions, resolve disputes, and track changes to modify bills of quantity while informing relevant parties. Conduct onsite visits to validate estimations, maintain organized documentation, and provide periodic management report inputs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of experience, and PMP certification, with flexibility to work across Oman and GCC sites, including pre-handover periods.
