Job Summary
Join Freedom Networks as a Quantity Surveyor focusing on commercial delivery across a broad range of construction projects, including underground cabling, overhead lines, and substations. Responsibilities include managing cost and value, preparing cash flow forecasts, handling valuations and final accounts, and ensuring robust client and supply contracts. Collaborate with stakeholders at every stage from feasibility through to project handover, while promoting innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services in construction
- NEC3 experience
- Driving Licence
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- MRICS qualified (Desirable)
