Quantity Surveyor Executive

Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT project tender submissions including cost breakdowns, quotations, bills of quantities, and tender proposals. Review tender documents such as drawings, scope of work, and technical specifications. Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tenders. Request and evaluate vendor quotations while providing contractual advice to the project team. Manage extension of time, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Requires minimum five years of building construction experience in the UAE with a preference for Electrical Contractors, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD skills.
