Job Summary
Oversee financial and contractual aspects of EV charging station installation projects, including cost estimation, procurement, and contract management. Prepare Bills of Quantities, track project variances, and negotiate quotes with subcontractors while ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and coordinate with engineers to manage resource allocation and material usage. Provide regular reports on project progress and financial status to support accurate cost control. Candidates must relocate from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, bringing 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying with proficiency in cost estimation software and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Experience in electrical or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Candy, CostX) and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Familiarity with UAE regulations, including DEWA and ADDC standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Flexible to relocate from Abu Dhabi to Dubai
