Quantity Surveyor (E&M)

Prepare and manage project budgets, conduct feasibility studies, and monitor expenditures for E&M projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions while negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare progress reports and final accounts to track financial performance. This role supports a leading main contractor across government, private, and public sectors, requiring fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Candidates must hold a valid HKID and a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
