Job Summary
Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and subcontractors while managing incentivisation arrangements and assessing compensation events. Provide monthly cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports against the package budget, then review contractor valuations for client payment applications. Finalise contractor accounts and close out contracts, supporting audits and resolving financial commercial issues arising in tender returns. Raise and process instructions through the change management process for Senior Leadership Team approval, assisting in negotiation for relevant tenders and cost analysis of bid returns.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of commercial management
- Experience of construction projects
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of all aspects of commercial management
- Knowledge of various forms of NEC contract
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to Commercial Control (CEMAR & Aconex)
