Job Summary
Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing project budgets, cost control, tendering, bills of quantities, and contracts; will source materials and subcontractors, negotiate and administer contracts, ensure procurement compliance, provide detailed financial reports and forecasts, track expenditures, conduct cost reviews, manage variations, and oversee interim/final payments to subcontractors and suppliers; collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to mitigate cost and contract risks on large-scale developments; requires a Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field and a minimum of two years of experience, with proficiency in MS Excel, Procore, and DocuSign.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Procore, DocuSign
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
