Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

Job Summary
Prepare and verify cost estimates, including submissions from subcontractors and vendors. Manage financial projections, budgeting, and expenditure control. Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete supporting documentation. Conduct site measurements and evaluate work done for payment claims and certifications. Review tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and support contract documentation. Assess and verify star rates to ensure alignment with fair market pricing. Maintain and analyse cost data for future procurement reference.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and contract administration
- Preferably a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers
- Knowledge of tendering, cost control, and contract documentation
- Experience in preparing payment claims and final accounts
- Ability to conduct site measurements and evaluate work progress
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
