Job Summary
Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting while administering contracts (NEC/FIDIC) and overseeing change control. Review contractor applications, variations, and claims to support procurement strategy, tendering, and package awards. Monitor commercial performance across MEP & CSA packages, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Interface with project controls, planning, and delivery teams within the PMO to provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and the client. This commercial role supports delivery of hyperscale data centre projects in Stockholm, Sweden, with a rotation plan available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
- 5–10 years' experience in construction/commercial roles
- Experience on large-scale projects (data centres or mission-critical preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, etc.)
- Proven cost management and reporting experience
- Role based in Stockholm, Sweden
- Rotation plan available

- Familiarity with Nordic markets or regulations
