Job Summary
Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow, draft tender documents, and manage bidding and evaluation processes. Manage post-signature contracts by preparing cost documents, valuing progress payments, estimating variations, and generating cost control reports. Complete final project settlement. Requires 2-3 years of QS experience with a degree in civil engineering or construction management. Located in China with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 具备计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律方面的基本技术知识
- 理解并熟悉专业惯例与合同管理程序
- 具有团队合作精神
- 认可院校的土建/建筑工程、建造、工料测量或同等专业的学会或毕业证书
- 大专以上学历
- 2-3 年 QS 相关工作经验
