Job Summary
Quantity Surveyor in Ruwais, UAE responsible for preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets; conducting detailed cost analysis and financial forecasting; managing contract documentation, variations, and claims; utilizing quantity surveying software; collaborating with project teams; presenting cost reports; conducting site inspections; analyzing tender documents; maintaining project records; and staying updated with UAE construction standards. Requires Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, MRICS or working towards APC, 5+ years post-graduate experience, 2–3 years ME experience, and experience on Freight Facilities or Rail projects. Onboarding includes in-person Day 1 at an AECOM office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related Construction field
- Chartered MRICS Membership (MRICS) or actively working towards APC (Associate Professional Certification)
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in quantity surveying
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working in the Middle East construction industry
- Experience working on Freight Facilities or Rail projects
- In-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
