Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing project costs, analyzing construction data, and ensuring financial accuracy across the project lifecycle in Fujairah, UAE. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets; conducting detailed cost analysis and financial forecasting; managing contract documentation, variations, and claims; using quantity surveying software to organize data and generate cost breakdowns; collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to monitor costs and implement corrective measures; presenting cost reports to clients and senior management; conducting site inspections to verify progress; analyzing tender documents and advising on cost recommendations; maintaining organized project records; and staying current with UAE construction standards and industry best practices. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, MRICS or APC pursuit, minimum 5 years post-graduate experience, 2-3 years in the Middle East construction industry, and experience on rail/freight facilities projects. Also requires in-person onboarding at a local AECOM office.
