Job Summary
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for ICT, CCTV, ELV, and IT infrastructure projects while analyzing drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. Monitor project cost performance, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and manage variation orders, claims, and final account settlements. Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers to support tendering and bidding activities. Conduct site visits for measurement verification and maintain proper commercial documentation and project records. Ensure compliance with contractual and company standards while assisting in procurement planning and material cost control. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with 3–5 years of experience required. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software is essential. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for ICT, CCTV, ELV, IT infrastructure, or telecom projects
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, structured cabling, networking, access control, and IT infrastructure
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting, and contract management
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
