Job Summary
Quantitative UX Researcher (LLM), Vice President leads quantitative UX research initiatives for AI-driven product experiences. Partner with product, design, and technology to design and execute research projects, analyze data with advanced quantitative methods, define and implement metrics to measure product performance and user experience, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams to drive user-centric product decisions and maintain a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the UX research function.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research with a strong focus on quantitative methods
- Proven ability to conduct surveys, A/B tests and statistical modelling to derive actionable insights for product decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers and developers
- Experience in designing high-quality research studies with an iterative mindset and adapting study parameters to meet changing product design needs
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data using Python or R, developing reproducible analytical pipelines
- Experience synthesizing large datasets from different sources to derive meaningful insights
- Experience distilling complex research findings into actionable insights and communicating them to audiences with varying levels of seniority
