Job Summary
Conduct classroom-based education covering ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming while working alongside a dedicated mentor. Execute hands-on project work on real-world trading problems to impact strategies, improve tools, or uncover market insights. Participate in weekly poker classes, strategy board games, and proprietary trading sessions to optimize outcomes and anticipate market moves. Complete three years of university by June 2027 to qualify for the full-time graduate programme in September 2027, January 2028, or August 2028. Join Susquehanna's non-hierarchical, collaborative team of researchers, engineers, and traders in London's city centre office.
