Job Summary
Conduct daily trading desk work alongside an experienced mentor while completing classroom-based education in options theory and decision science. Apply quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills to support strategic game-based decision-making processes using Susquehanna's cutting-edge technology and machine learning tools. Gain deep exposure to systematic trading environments through embedded desk participation and industry-leading training designed to prepare for full-time employment starting August 2028. Housing, food, and social events are provided in Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- Intention to graduate with a minimum of a bachelors degree
- Begin full time employment by August 2028
