Job Summary
Embed yourself in a trading desk to gain exposure to strategies and manage risk within the first few months of the programme. Complete classroom-based education covering ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming, complemented by hands-on project work and trading simulations. Engage in weekly poker classes, strategy board games, and proprietary trading games to optimise outcomes and anticipate market moves. Join a non-hierarchical team of researchers, engineers, and traders to design and deploy systematic strategies using machine learning and advanced quantitative research. Apply to the rolling graduate programme starting June 2027.
