Job Summary
Manage risk and gain exposure to trading desk strategies during your first few months while embedded in a team of senior traders. Complete hands-on project work, trading simulations, and classes covering finance, options, game theory, and programming. Optimize outcomes and anticipate market moves through weekly poker classes, strategy board games, and proprietary trading games. Join the programme in June 2027 to begin a full-time career in Dublin's Financial Services Centre.
