Job Summary
Vice President within QIS Solutions in London responsible for setting strategic direction and delivering best-in-class systematic index strategies for institutional clients. Leads client engagements, drives product development, collaborates with global teams, mentors junior members, and oversees cross-functional delivery with sales, trading, quantitative research, legal, compliance, and technology. Oversees marketing materials and performance analyses, and enhances platform capabilities and operational efficiency while applying deep expertise in quantitative investment strategies and risk factor investing to expand client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in quantitative investment strategies, index solutions, or related fields
- Strong strategic vision and ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and client needs
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of systematic strategies, risk factor investing, and portfolio construction
- Highly proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Programming experience is strongly preferred
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced degree in a quantitative or finance-related discipline
- This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity requiring FCA/PRA fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence assessment
