Job Summary
Develop and enhance the MSCI Index Development Platform and IndexMetrics Real-Time application using Python, Azure, and AI-assisted development tools. Champion AI-enabled software development by evaluating emerging tools, establishing best practices, delivering training, and providing technical guidance to engineering and research teams. Contribute to quantitative research initiatives including factor investing and alternative data projects, supporting the full lifecycle from prototyping through implementation and client engagement. Work closely with global research, product management, and client coverage teams to shape the firm's research agenda and deliver industry-leading analytics platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Python software development skills
