Quantitative Analyst Intern

Design experiments, build predictive models, and extract insights from unstructured data to detect customer behavior, identify churn signals, and map growth opportunities. Hunt for early predictors of account death, test expansion signals, and develop LLM extraction experiments to pull hidden indicators from transcripts. Collaborate across teams to drive workflow efficiency, improve retention, and influence product direction by communicating quantitative findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work with large, complex datasets using Python and SQL to run high-volume experiments, apply probabilistic modeling, and analyze production adoption patterns.
