Job Summary
Act as the founder's analytical right hand by stress-testing ideas, pressure-checking assumptions, and translating cross-functional data into sharp commercial recommendations. Build a single, connected business picture by understanding how revenue, product, ops, marketing, and finance data fit together to identify real levers. Write clean, performant SQL to interrogate company systems and use modern AI tooling to accelerate analysis and surface patterns missed by spreadsheets. Own ad-hoc deep dives at short notice, including sizing opportunities, diagnosing metrics, and modeling scenarios for board meetings. Define success metrics for every team and partner with the Data team on underlying infrastructure. Turn analysis into crisp memos and clear "so what" narratives that drive action.
Required Qualifications
- ~3 years in a quantitative or analytical role
- time spent directly supporting a founder or CEO
- genuinely strong SQL
