Quant Developer

Quant Developers and Core Infrastructure Engineers to design and build ultra-efficient, low-latency trading systems in Rust or C++, connecting to global crypto exchanges and building core infrastructure for market data, order routing, and execution. You will optimise throughput and latency across real-time trading across global crypto markets, profiling at system and application levels, and collaborating closely with traders, researchers, and engineers in a highly collaborative environment. The role is remote-first within Europe with optional access to London or Paris offices and occasional in-person collaboration. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a meaningful performance-based bonus. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on high-performance, low-latency systems powering trading speed, scalability, and execution quality.
