Quant BIS Sr. CSM/Team Lead

Lead the delivery of passive metering and insights communities while managing team members and acting as the SME on Passive metering. Oversee community setup, recruitment, engagement, renewal, and overall health, collaborating with sales to provide tailored recommendations and design creative solutions using available tools. Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors, managing vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Validate and prepare deliverables including datasets, reports, and engagement calendars while working within Sago systems to meet client timeline expectations and highest quality standards. Continuously monitor program elements to anticipate and resolve potential problems, ensuring timely invoicing and adherence to company SOPs.
