Job Summary
Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Lending Product Analytics team drives data-driven insights to shape business lending product strategy. Responsibilities include building analyses and end-to-end reports, summarizing results for business partners, relating data insights to business goals, and supporting lending product and operations process improvement by partnering with the D&A organization to understand requirements, define KPIs, and improve efficiency while maintaining risk/compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Minimum three years of experience in quantitative analytics
- Advanced SQL skills (data transformation, validation, de-duplication, aggregation, and data structure transformation)
- Strong Tableau skills (dashboards and visualizations)
- Experience with Snowflake
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and structured coding/documentation approach
