Job Summary
Quant Analytics Senior Associate responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive marketing strategies and customer engagement. Lead end-to-end analytical projects—from proposal through hands-on data mining and analysis to translating findings into actionable business solutions and managing timelines. Develop data-driven recommendations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Utilize Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, and other ETL tools to extract and analyze data; combine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify meaningful trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies and acquisition forecasts. Define KPIs to track performance and produce reliable, informative reports; translate data into compelling visuals using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools to tell data-driven stories. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years of analytics experience, proficiency with ETL/visualization tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- 3+ years’ professional experience in a data-driven environment
- Proficiency or experience with ETL and data visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement, risk management
