Senior Associate in pricing strategy within the Auto Lending CDU, responsible for developing short- and long-term pricing strategies, providing financial analysis and pricing support for CDU initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging pricing tests and competitive data to optimize portfolio pricing, delivering ad-hoc datasets and presentations to senior management, and supporting product teams to enhance pricing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in finance, data & analytics, or product strategy
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of the drivers of profitability
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Ability to make concise presentations with sound business conclusions
- Proficiency in basic analytical tools such as SQL/Alteryx/SAS or any related language
- Excel and PowerPoint experience
