Job Summary
Quant Analytics Manager on the Digital Analytics team drives data storytelling, OKR management, and data-driven decision making across Chase’s digital products. Responsible for the analytics book of work transforming cross-channel strategy into a hyper-personalized, data-driven model, defining OKRs, conducting A/B tests, and delivering actionable analyses for senior leaders while partnering with Digital Product, Tech, Design, Strategy and more. Requires 7+ years of experience in analyzing customer experiences, expertise in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering. Preferred tools include Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, and AWS; experience with A/B testing is desired.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences, digital products/usage
- Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building new analytics capabilities
- Talent for translating numbers into an actionable story for business leaders
- Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
- Experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL
- Experience with digital analytics
- Bachelor’s degree is required (preferred in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related fields)
