Job Summary
Quant Analytics Associate Senior leads data-driven solutions to triage, fix, and prevent customer-impacting issues across Corrections and Remediations within CCB analytics and IT support. Responsibilities include owning code/infrastructure support, aligning with platform technology teams, coordinating incident communications for data analysts and testing teams, driving automation to improve efficiency, designing AI/LLM-based solutions to reduce defects, executing platform migrations with minimal disruption, managing access controls, onboarding/offboarding processes, enabling self-service tooling and documentation, and providing executive-ready status updates on project milestones and outcomes. The role emphasizes translating complex operational data into actionable insights, building scalable monitoring and exception frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve risk reduction and better customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience and/or exposure to Programming Languages
- Python, SQL, PLSQL, SAS experience
- Knowledge of IT Platforms, Networks, Application Architectures, Data Warehousing
- Knowledge of Large Data Set Storage, Backups, and retrievals
- Unix Shell Scripting, KEON
- College degree with 5+ years’ work experience
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Elevated proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be detailed and quality assurance oriented
