Job Summary
Quant Analytics Analyst in the Audience Management team designs targeting and segmentation approaches for campaigns, builds and runs SAS/SQL code to define target customer populations, extracts and processes large datasets, translates business needs into technical specifications, and coordinates end-to-end delivery while aligning with governance and documentation standards. The role partners with marketers to gather requirements, delivers final audience selections for portfolio marketing efforts, validates outputs, and supports ad hoc projects. Familiarity with Base SAS programming, SQL querying, SAS Viya, Snowflake, and campaign execution in banking/credit card marketing contexts is required. Collaboration with offshore partners and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of hands-on SAS experience manipulating large datasets
- Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering
- Strong SQL querying skills
- Hands-on experience with SAS Viya and Snowflake
- SAS/SQL debugging and problem solving
- Experience collaborating with offshore partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of banking and/or credit card marketing programs
