Job Summary
Develop and execute the service network expansion plan for VinFast's after-sales workshops in Vietnam, aligning with business strategy and UIO objectives. Design optimal coverage models for authorized workshops, third-party partners, and mobile services. Identify, evaluate, and connect with potential workshop partners across the market, leading negotiations to sign agreements and onboard new partners. Propose operational policies, standards, and incentive programs to accelerate network growth. Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure effective deployment. Monitor network performance against KPIs regarding coverage, capacity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Report regularly to leadership on progress, results, and risks. Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Automotive, with experience in after-sales network development and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các ngành: Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật, Ô tô hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm trong phát triển mạng lưới dịch vụ hậu mãi, phát triển đại lý/xưởng dịch vụ hoặc vận hành thị trường
- Am hiểu hoạt động của xưởng dịch vụ ô tô và các mô hình quản lý đối tác
- Kỹ năng đàm phán, phân tích và quản lý các bên liên quan tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường nhanh, năng động và thay đổi liên tục
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh
