Job Summary
Quality & Training Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical control panel builds while acting as primary trainer and competency validator. The position includes in-process and final inspections, verifying mastery of required skills after training, aligning workforce capabilities with production needs, coordinating onboarding and ongoing training, and supporting resource planning based on project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in electrical panel building, controls, or industrial automation
- Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience training, mentoring, or leading others in a hands-on capacity strongly preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
- Solid understanding of control panel standards (UL knowledge preferred)
- Experience with training matrices, competency validation, and skill assessment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (HRIS/LMS exposure a plus)
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
