Job Summary
Quality Technician on the production floor supports animal food safety and CGMP compliance, monitors batch records, data integrity and lot-code accuracy, verifies documentation, provides in-plant GMP QA guidance, conducts in-house QC testing (FTIR, aW, moisture, density, microbiological plating), participates in sanitation inspections, and assists in regulatory site inspections and CAPA follow-up. The role drives continuous improvement using Lean methods, collaborates with the QA team and Operations, and ensures adherence to cGMPs and applicable FDA/FSMA requirements. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience; preferred BS in a related science.
Required Qualifications

- Preferred Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Food Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or other related sciences
