Job Summary
Perform quality control tasks including visual inspection and sampling of raw materials, gel capsules, packaging components, general merchandise, and finished products; conduct dimensional measurements and functional testing using aseptic methods. Operate a Near Infrared Spectrophotometer (NIR) to identify raw materials as required. Create quality control documentation such as inspection worksheets, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, and other reports. Maintain and clean inspection equipment, rooms, and areas. Process product returns.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to understand technical training to perform essential functions
- Skilled in mathematical problem-solving
