Quality Technician- temp to tk

Performs quality inspections on parts on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery, visually inspects parts, checks dimensions, line marking, harness and conductivity, and reviews mill test reports and conformance certificates. Maintains calibration and ownership of measuring devices, keeps accurate quality reports, supports quality improvements and investigations by providing data for analysis of non-conforming material, and segregates non-conforming material. Also trains others and operates in a safety-sensitive environment with pre-employment drug testing; the role emphasizes adherence to quality standards and effective communication with corporate quality and external customers.
