Job Summary
Lead a team of Quality Technicians performing dimensional and visual inspections, coordinating inspection tasks by production priority, supporting ISO 9001 quality standards, and guiding team members to ensure accuracy and conformity with basic tools. responsibilities include directing team members in inspection tasks, participating in internal audits as needed, maintaining inspection documentation, conducting pre-shift safety and inspection briefings, promoting 5S practices, mentoring technicians, ensuring PPE use and safe operation, and collaborating with cross-functional groups to support department objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
