Job Summary
Perform standardized tests on the product and notify production/management when product is out of specification. Assist in managing the retain program and create retain samples for inbound/outbound loads (6-month storage). Complete paperwork with good documentation practices. Monitor shared lab email, maintain a clean workspace, and perform routine cleaning/maintenance on lab equipment. Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies run low and provide information to production staff and management as requested. Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with ability to multi-task and prioritize. Knowledge/experience with basic laboratory operations, Office 365 tools, and strong verbal communication are preferred. Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:00pm to 9:30pm; On-Site in Kansas City, KS. Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
