Job Summary
Quality Technician – perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections; conduct component layouts and maintain inspection documentation; utilize SPC charting and sampling plans; set up and operate inspection/testing equipment; assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions; support internal audits and PPAP documentation; create and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and inspection reports; ensure compliance with non-conforming material procedures; review finished product to verify conformance to specifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment
