Quality Technician

Manage laboratory functions, tests, equipment, and reports while conducting testing and reporting findings to the Quality and Technical Services Manager. Receive samples from prospective customers for testing and coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions. Standardize product specifications, test methods, and sampling criteria to meet customer requirements and ISO compliance. Develop and ensure systems as per ISO requirements, formalize analysis methods, and institute appropriate quality assurance systems to ensure repeatability. Manage the CAPA process internally and externally, conduct periodic audits as per scope, and drive process improvements to maintain overall product quality and performance.
