Job Summary
Quality Technician responsible for conducting quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers across the lab, production floor, and warehouse to ensure adherence to customer specifications. Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions and performance criteria, engage with associates on product conformance, and participate in on-the-job training to grow quality skills. Shift is 6:45 pm – 7:15 am on a rotating schedule (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off; two weekends off) with a night-shift differential of $1. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to walk & stand on production floor throughout shift (with/without accommodations)
