Job Summary
Quality Technician responsible for QA-relevant activities in a manufacturing environment, including reviewing incoming material receipts for compliance, allergen verification, sample collection and testing (chemical, physical, microbiological), data recording/plotting, HACCP reviews, environmental monitoring, QA release of manufacturing rooms, and training production personnel on cGMP and food safety concepts; role supports production methods validation and investigations of non-conforming material, with emphasis on accurate labeling, packaging and finished product quality checks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a science related field; High School Diploma and a minimum of two years’ experience in quality role within a science-based environment; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
